Yule Tide again

E-beertje worked hard on the little house!!!

And it shows!!!! It is already beautiful!!!

Glueing in the floorboards!

 The little knitted doll made by Nella looks great with the house!!!

 Still lots of work to do, but isn't it lovely already???

Update Yule Tide

I worked very hard today!!!

Not that easy...to paint such a little house!!!

First I did it with a brush,

but when M-tje saw me doing that...she almost fainted!!

I had to use a sponge she said...

that way you get structure!!!

So I painted the house with a sponge...

I must say..it does look good

Meanwhile, M-tje was doing all sorts of things...

including something with styrofoam and that made a mess!!!

So she got the vacuumcleaner

and started vacuuming, when suddenly....

I can't recall exactly what happened...

but I felt something pulling real hard

and then I was sucked into a black hole,

through a tunnel and in a few moments I was in a dark cave

I fell kind of softly,

but it was a bit creepy down there!!!

I heard M-tje calling and suddenly I saw a light...

I crawled to the light and then....

...I saw M-tje looking at me with a look of relief on her face!

I was sooooo filthy!!!

But after a good clean-up, I felt like myself again

Later on I worked some more on the house and this is how it looks now!

The house isn't white...it's more of a cream color...I like it!

Tomorrow I will do some more work on the house

Started with the 1:48th Yule Tide house

This morning, when I came out of my bed......

this is what I saw....

Well...I've read yesterday you were waiting for me to help you,

so this morning when I woke up,

I started already on the house!!!

But E-beertje...

did you read the description???

Euh.....I tried, but it is in English and I can't read English!

But there were pictures and letters on the pieces,

so it went very smoothly!

I believe the pieces are all in the right place,

but the description said you should paint the pieces

while you are building the house.

That way you can reach all the difficult spots easy!!!

I hope it's still possible now

Aaah, M-tje, don't worry.

We can always send MiniM in with a brush...

she's so small, she ca reach every difficult corner!

And I didn't glue everything yet....
