Gazebo

I'm working on a peyote wallhanging at the moment!

Wonderful to do, but it bores me quickly,
so after a few rows of beading I'm off to do something else

I thought it would be nice to finish something for a change,
so I finished (well... almost that is) my gazebo!

I wanted an aged gazebo..
as if it had be standing in the garden for years!!!
My own little place..
where I could sit and drink a cup of tea while enjoying a nice book.

I might replace the blanket with another one
and I want to add some plants I think...
but for now....it is done

Update gazebo

I worked some more on the gazebo today!
When I placed a doll with it, it was obvious the gazebo is very small!

So I removed the horizontal plank in the opening.
This way it is a bit easier to sit down!

It is a bit small...but she can sit!!!

Fisrt layer of stain is on...
but it isn't going to stay this color!!

Little gazebo

M-tje????? What are you doing???
Have you started a new project again?
sssssssst E-beertje...don't talk so loud!!
I don't want anyone to hear you....
they already think I'm a crazy woman with all of my unfinished projects

Oh..okay....I won't tell anyone
But what are you making???

I'm making a little gazebo E-beertje...
the description is in the newest dutch dollshouse magazine P&M.
It's so cute!!!
And well..a little project like this is fun to do in between all the other projects!
Keep it straight E-beertje...
after 5 minutes the glue will be dry enough!

Ooooh...it's a little house...I like it!
I do too....but I'm not quite sure about the scale....
it looks a bit too small to be 1:12th
and it is too big to be 1:24th
But well...it is cute

Hugs, M-tje and E-beertje
