The sorceress

Today I dressed the doll that's going to be the sorceress who's going to live in the tower.
yesterday I already wigged her,
because my mother had a dressed doll without a wig
and she wanted me to teach her how to wig the doll.
And because it's always easier to show and tell instead of only telling...
So today I dressed her!
I still have to drape the dress so it falls a bit more natural...
but what do you think???

With the pattern I used there was also an apron
and I thought it would be practical for her to wear one....
with 7 dragons already living in the tower and some more on their way...
But what do you think....
with or without apron???

In her hair she wears a nice hairpin.

She already feels at home in the tower

And her name is Kaida...
it means Little Dragon

She is beautiful! She does look right at home in the tower.

For us it's a clear pro for the apron... with all those little dragons in the house she needs some protection for her lovely gown. Maybe you should add a little pocket for storing the dragon goodies... ;O)

Great job, the perfect beauty for your beautiful tower.

Margriet, she is beautiful! I LOVE her hair and the gown is beautiful too.... but it is a shame to cover it with an apron!!! Unless the apron becomes a work of art itself? Did you make the doll? I think she is very elegant! She can be in her gown and when it gets dirty she can have more gowns! ( I will confess that I am not an apron wearer myself.... so I am prejudiced!) She is beautiful! With the apron she looks more "matronly"... but you must decide how you like her best! :)

Kaida and her clothes are beautiful. When the tower is finished I'm sure she'll have lots of work to do taking care of the dragons (etc). Perhaps when she's working she should wear the apron and when she sits down to relax she can remove it?

Read your posts from, your last until this post and realised that I have finally caught up with all the posts I missed here :) Yay!

Kaida is a atypical witch.More Tabitha than Macbeth and that apron should be detachable? I am pro at the moment :).

Brilliant job with wigging and dressing! Love that hair pin of course :).
